FINDINGS OF FACT
(TO BE COMPLETED BY THE IMPANELED OFFICERS)
1) On or about the date of July 9th, 2023, the respondent would be present as part of a
diplomatic envoy towards the State of Barklen, pertaining to his duties as the designated
ambassador.
2) The respondent in the course of his duties as a diplomat indicated that he would attempt
to leak secrets belonging to the Barklen National Guard to the State of Firestone, which
was actively in a period of increased tensions with the State of Ridgeway.
3) Approximately thirty minutes following the perceived threats issued by the respondent,
he subsequently directly messaged the Secretary of State requesting to resign, with it
being denied immediately and him proceeding to desert.
4) The Secretary of State subsequently contacted the legal team for the Department of State
and requested a dishonourable discharge of the respondent, pursuant to the general
policies of the Ridgeway Department of State.

2) All applicable remedies pertaining to dishonourable discharge.
