IN THE SUPERIOR COURT FOR THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY STATE OF RIDGEWAY v. BUNSTER51 CASE NO. RSC-CM-2528 DATE Apr. 20th, 2024 JUDGE EnforcementBeyond PETITION FOR FUGITIVE STATUS I, a law enforcement officer or attorney for the government, have a bona fide belief that the above Defendant is a fugitive in the above-styled criminal case in this court and hereby petition for this Court to declare them a fugitive from justice under the Fugitive Debt Recovery Act of 2024. I made this petition based on the following beliefs. Defendant is accused of a felonious offense or violation by a [ ☑ Criminal Information ☐ Indictment ☐ Probation Violation Petition ] by the State of Ridgeway in the above-listed case pending before this Court. Probable cause was established of the offenses by [ ☑ the Court ☐ Grand Jury ] on 03/23/2024. Defendant was provided proper notice of the proceedings and the requirement of their proceedings by manner of [ ☑ Criminal Summons ☐ Arrest Warrant ]. Defendant appeared before the court and appeared to engage in these proceedings before subsequently leaving the discord. Pursuant to section 1.1(a)(ii) of the Fugitive Debt Recovery Act of 2024, a defendant may be declared a fugitive from justice if they “leave the court Discord” Based on the foregoing, your affiant submits that there is clear and convincing belief that the above-listed Defendant is eluding justice by their lack of appearance before the Court. Therefore, the State of Ridgeway requests that the above-listed Defendant be issued an order to show cause explaining why such declaration should not occur and declared a fugitive from justice under the Fugitive Debt Recovery Act of 2024 if they shall not respond to such order. /s/ Techiey Techiey Attorney General Arthur_Chen Senior State Attorney
