STANDARD OF REVIEW
1. In order to grant default judgment, the Court must come to a determination that the party who has
default judgment sought against them has failed to plead or otherwise defend themselves. And as such,
relief shall be entered by the Clerk. See Rid. R. Civ. P. 37(a)
FAILURE TO PLEA OR DEFEND
2. Throughout the execution of the civil proceedings in the above-entitled matter, the only defendant
who responded to this matter was the principal offender, MonicaCulture, by and through their counsel,
AlexJCabot.
3. SweetDissing, a co-defendant named in the complaint, has failed to respond and defend
themselves through the entirety of the proceedings.

AFFIDAVIT
Pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 37(a), the fact that the co-defendant has failed to respond or otherwise
plead must be proven by an affidavit or otherwise. The affidavit pursuant to the aforementioned rule is as
such:
4. I, Mithuangel, swear under the pains and penalty of perjury, state the following:
a. SweetDissing failed to respond to the claims and damages suffered.
b. I had my vehicle blown up, and items in the trunk which from what I recall was a shotgun
shell and two shell ammo boxes. As well as me being killed.
