PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the forthcoming memorandum of law and all
pleadings and proceedings heretofore had herein, Defendant TobooRacc, by and through
undersigned counsel, will move this Court, at the courthouse of the Superior Court of the State of
Ridgeway located at One Jackson Street, Palmer, Ridgeway, on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 11:59
PM Eastern Time (the “return date”) or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard for summary
judgment for Defendant and against Plaintiff pursuant to Ridgeway Rule of Civil Procedure 38,
and for such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the forthcoming memorandum of law upon
which this motion is made is to be served on opposing counsel by filing it in the proceeding
communications channel by Thursday, April 3, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any answering pleading, if any, is to be
served on the undersigned by filing it in the proceeding communications channel by the return
date of this motion or as otherwise ordered by the Court.
