WRIT OF EXECUTION
TO ANY SHERIFF IN THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of April, 2024, in a case styled as above, judgment was
rendered in this Court against Defendant lancejade09123, hereinafter called judgment debtor, for
damages of $9,000.00, and attorney fees and court costs of $1,475.00; and
WHEREAS, on April 21, 2024, the judgment was re-entered in the civil docket of the
Superior Court of the State of Ridgeway, and there remains due thereon $1,125.00.
THEREFORE, I COMMAND YOU that you deliver this writ upon the judgment debtor,
informing them of their outstanding debt before this Court, and that you satisfy the said
Judgment out of the personal property of the judgment debtor within your County, that you seize
all personal assets of the judgment debtor and assess their fair market values, that you ensure the
sale of assets to satisfy the amount of $10,125.00 and deliver the proceeds of the sales of such
assets to the judgment creditor.
I FURTHER COMMAND YOU, that you prepare an inventory and promptly deliver
upon this Court a list of all assets seized and relevant proceeds from the sale of such assets.
HEREIN FAIL NOT, and have you the said moneys, together with this writ and an
inventory of all assets seized and relevant proceeds from the sale of such, before this Court
without undue delay.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED in chambers in Milton, Ridgeway, this
