official duty, with the knowledge of the person being a peace officer or civil
department employee; or of committing murder with malice aforethought.

3 R.S.C § 10 Second-Degree Murder
The act of intentionally or knowingly causing death of an individual; or of causing, with
intent, serious bodily injury and commits an act clearly dangerous to human life that
causes death of an individual; or of committing or attempts to commit a felony, other
than manslaughter, and in the course of and in furtherance of the commission or
attempt, or in immediate flight from the commission or attempt, he commits or
attempts to commit an act clearly dangerous to human life.

The act of discharging a firearm while within city limits / residential areas without
legal means to do such as a proper permit or for self defense.

1. My name is UnKnownHoooman, I am currently a Supervisory Special Agent within the Ridgeway
State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed with the State Police since
April 24th, 2022. I am a certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training Center.
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against Arkatrac and recurvee for
violations of the aforementioned statutes
3. On 02/07/2024, Complainant Jepaloon was standing at the Ridgeway News Network Studio when
the defendant, armed with a Stetson M2A, opened fired on the complainant and the group of
people congregated at the studio, resulting in the death of Palmer Police Department officers
dev_Typ and AhmadKapalot, who were both clearly demarcated in their police uniforms, and the
death of the Complainant, a civilian.
4. On 02/08/2024, the Ridgeway State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations was made aware of the
actions of the defendant. As a result, Supervisory Special Agent UnKnownHoooman was assigned
to investigate the incident.
5. To investigate further, the complainant and the defendant were contacted for questioning,
however, neither of them responded. But a statement from witness BloxWatch_CD was obtained. In
their interview, they stated that the defendant pulled up with a Stetson M2a and started shooting
and killing people. They attempted to shoot back as they fled to cover. They do not believe the
defendant had any particular reason for attacking people other than for fun and did not have any
previous or future encounters with them. A full transcript of the interview with the witness can be
found in Exhibit B.
