SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY JASONBOURNEAXIS, Plaintiff, v. SEIYSTIA, Defendant. No. RSC-CV-2478 COMPLAINT JasonBourneAxis, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action against Seiystia and alleges that– THE INCIDENT 1. On February 25, 2024, Plaintiff JasonBourneAxis (Jason) was at Bloxmart in Downtown Palmer along with Defendant seiystia (Amiyah). 2. Jason was using the automated teller machine (ATM) to withdraw the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) from his bank account at the Ridgeway Credit Union. 3. After Jason withdrew the money, Amiyah purchased a crowbar or otherwise had a crowbar in her possession. 4. Amiyah used said crowbar to kill Jason. 5. After Amiyah killed Jason, Amiyah stole Jason’s money – the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) – from picking it up off the ground after Jason dropped it upon being killed. 6. Amiyah then deposited the sum into her bank account at the Ridgeway Credit Union and left Bloxmart. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 7. This Court has jurisdiction under Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 8. The jurisdiction of this Court is invoked in equity. 9. Venue is proper in this Court because the events described in this Complaint took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 10. Plaintiff JasonBourneAxis is the Ridgeway Secretary of State and a resident of the State of Ridgeway. His Discord username is weareaxis. 11. Defendant seiystia is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. CAUSE OF ACTION (Trespass to Chattels) 12. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in Paragraphs 1-6 as if fully set forth herein. Legal Standard 13. “A trespass to a chattel may be committed by intentionally (a) dispossessing another of the chattel, or (b) using or intermeddling with a chattel in the possession of another.” Restatement (Second) of Torts § 217 (Am. L. Inst. 1981). 14. “One who commits a trespass to a chattel is subject to liability to the possessor of the chattel if, but only if: (a) he dispossesses the other of the chattel, or (b) the chattel is impaired as to its condition, quality, or value, or (c) the possessor is deprived of the use of the chattel for a substantial time, or (d) bodily harm is caused to the possessor, or harm is caused to some person or thing in which the possessor has a legally protected interest.” Restatement (Second) of Torts § 218 (Am. L. Inst. 1981). 15. Liability 16. Amiyah unlawfully took possession of Jason’s money by killing Jason and taking it from his body, thereby depriving Jason of his enjoyment and use of said money. 17. Amiyah did not immediately return the money and has to date not returned the money, and thus has deprived Jason of his use of the money for a substantial time. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Declare that Amiyah unlawfully took possession of Jason’s money; b. Declare that Amiyah has deprived Jason of the use of the money for a substantial time; c.
