Pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 7(a), Defendant Techiey hereby submits their response
to the numbered paragraphs of Plaintiff’s Complaint.
INTRODUCTION
The introduction is a summation of Plaintiff’s claims to which no response is
required. To the extent a response is required, Answering Defendant denies the
allegations as set forth in the Introduction.
JURISDICTION & VENUE
1. Admitted.
2. Admitted/Denied. Defendant denies that the use of the Grand Jury process is an “executive
action” for the purposes of 1 R. Stat. § 3201.
PARTIES
3. Admitted/Denied insofar as this suit is brought by Plaintiff in their individual capacity and not
on behalf of a class similarly situated or as a representative of such a class.
5. Admitted/Denied insofar as the liabilities established in 1 R. Stat. § 3205.
6. Admitted/Denied. Defendant denies that the use of the Grand Jury process is an “executive
