IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY AMERICAN_STIRLING, Plaintiff, v. MACNCHEEZ, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-2476 COMPLAINT COME NOW, American_Stirling, through the undersigned counsel does file suit against the above captioned party and alleges the following: GENERAL ALLEGATIONS Plaintiff alleges: 1. On or about the 17th of March 2023 the plaintiff was at the Palmer Car Dealership and a tourist entered his vehicle. 2. The plaintiff then gave multiple warnings to the trespasser before opening fire and forcibly removing the tourist pursuant to the castle doctrine and stand your ground laws present in this great state. 3. The defendant then made an unlawful intervention in a misunderstanding of the situation which resulted in the plaintiff being shot dead by the defendant. JURISDICTION 1. The jurisdiction of the Court originates from Art. V, Sec. IV which states “There shall be a Superior court which shall exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or controversies…” PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. The Plaintiff is seeking monetary relief for the tort of wrongful death contained in the Civil Claims Act s1(i). a. $2,500 in the amount of punitive damages and compensatory damages in relation to the actual loss incurred by the plaintiff when killed. 2. The Plaintiff also seeks additional relief of which the Court may grant that is not requested through this complaint.
