GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the MARCH Term, AD, 2024, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths present
in and to said Court at said term that W6STER, hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby charged as follows.
COUNT 1
UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF A FIREARM
R.C.C. § 5.06 / FELONY
On or about the date of March 9th, 2023, Deputy w6ster was active within his Ridgeway County
Sheriff’s Office team within the State of Ridgeway. The deputy then proceeded to Alder
underpass near Oakland and transferred an M2-A to a tourist named “RobloxGamer0555689.”
The recipient did not have a valid firearms license.
COUNT 2
UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF A FIREARM
R.C.C. § 5.06 / FELONY
On or about the date of March 9th, 2023, Deputy w6ster was active within his Ridgeway County
Sheriff’s Office team within the State of Ridgeway. The deputy then proceeded to Alder
underpass near Oakland and transferred an M2-A to a tourist named “RobloxGamer0555689.”
The recipient did not have a valid firearms license.
COUNT 3
UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF A FIREARM
R.C.C. § 5.06 / FELONY
On or about the date of March 9th, 2023, Deputy w6ster was active within his Ridgeway County
Sheriff’s Office team within the State of Ridgeway. The deputy then proceeded to Alder
underpass near Oakland and transferred a Para 17 to a tourist named “RobloxGamer0555689.”
The recipient did not have a valid firearms license.
COUNT 4
UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF GOVERNMENT-ISSUED EQUIPMENT
R.C.C. § 5.09 / FELONY
On or about the date of March 9th, 2023, Deputy w6ster was active within his Ridgeway County
Sheriff’s Office team within the State of Ridgeway. The deputy then proceeded to Alder
underpass near Oakland and transferred a police taser to a tourist named
“RobloxGamer0555689.” This action was not sponsored by department policy, and was done
with the knowledge of it being unauthorized.
COUNT 5
UNLAWFUL DISTRIBUTION OF A FIREARM
R.C.C. § 5.06 / FELONY
On or about the date of March 9th, 2023, Deputy w6ster was active within his Ridgeway County
Sheriff’s Office team within the State of Ridgeway. The deputy then proceeded to Alder
underpass near Oakland and transferred a police baton to a tourist named
“RobloxGamer0555689.” This action was not sponsored by department policy, and was done
with the knowledge of it being unauthorized.
COUNT 6
OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT
R.C.C. § 6.06 / FELONY
On or about the date of March 9th, 2023, Deputy w6ster committed an act with the knowledge of
such act as an unauthorized exercise of his official duties. Such an act can be seen in Counts 4-7,
as the deputy was fully aware his actions were not in-line with State law and statues. This act
was related directly to his office as the equipment transferred was supplied via his office and
position as a Deputy within the Sheriff’s Office.
COUNT 7
AIDING & ABETTING
R.C.C. § 6.04 / MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of March 9th, 2023, Deputy w6ster aided RobloxGamer0555689 in the
commission of § 5.08 - Unlawful Possession of Government-Issued Equipment.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
A true bill.
