GRAND JURY INDICTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the MARCH Term, AD, 2024, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths present
in and to said Court at said term that MANDATORYMORALE, hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby charged
as follows.
COUNT 1
OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
R.C.C. § 2.07 / FELONY
On or about the date of March 5, 2023, mandatorymorale was contacted by a National Guard
Military Police Investigator regarding a standard exit search pursuant to the Military Police
Investigations policy enforcement. During this, mandatorymorale consistently refused orders to
come to the State Police headquarters, refused to leave the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office
team, and hindered the search from proceeding further. Mandatorymorale willfully, intentionally,
and knowingly hindered the search from proceeding after receiving a general discharge for
activity violations.
COUNT 2
FAILURE TO COMPLY
R.C.C. § 2.04 / MISDEMEANOR
On or about the date of March 5, 2023, mandatorymorale conducted the actions as described in
Count 1 of this indictment. In doing so, he failed to comply and disobeyed lawful orders given
by a certified peace officer acting within his official capacity to pursue his official functions as
defined by State Law.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
A true bill.
