Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 5 S.C.C § 08b - UNLAWFUL STOCKPILE OF GOVERNMENT ISSUED
EQUIPMENT
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about February 8, 2024, the Defendant was in possession of 10 or more police-grade equipment
items in a civilian storage device not authorized by law or relevant department policy, including
police-issue firearms, ammunition, and any other equipment which law enforcement dispense, found
during the execution of a search warrant.
COUNT TWO - 5 S.C.C § 02 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARMS WITH INTENT TO
SELL

On or about February 8, 2024, the Defendant was in possession of 10 or more firearms and/or boxes of
ammunition combined which are unlawful for the individual to be in possession of, found during the
execution of a search warrant.

On or about February 8, 2024, the Defendant was in possession of a government-issued firearm or
government-issued equipment in a civilian inventory not authorized by law or relevant department
policy as found during the execution of a search warrant.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
Your affiant is a Deputy for the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office (“RCSO”) with the position of
Detective with the assignment to the Criminal Investigations Division (“CID”) and have been so
employed since October of 2023. In addition to my employment history relevant to the case, I serve as a
Lieutenant with the Ridgeway County Fire Department, and as a Corporal with the Ridgeway National
Guard.
2. As a result of my employment, I am an officer of the State of Ridgeway who is
empowered by law to conduct investigations and make arrests for offenses enumerated in titles one
through six of the Ridgeway County Criminal Code. In addition, as a result of my employment, I have
received training on various matters pertaining to crimes involving firearms within Ridgeway County,
and I continue to receive training as investigative techniques continue to evolve.
3. This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal complaint alleging that
PANTOJAHAN (hereinafter referred to as “PANTO”) violated the following state criminal laws:
A) 5 S.C.C § 02 Unlawful Possession of Firearms with Intent to Sell ON 10 Counts;
B) 5 S.C.C. § 08 Unlawful Possession of Government Issued Equipment ON 40
Counts; AND
C) 5 S.C.C. § 08b Unlawful Stockpile of Government Issued Equipment ON 4
Counts.
4. This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, information provided to me by other
law enforcement agents, law enforcement records, witness interviews, and my training and experience,
as well as the training and experience of other law enforcement agents.
5. Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable
cause in support of a criminal complaint, I have not included every fact known to me concerning this
investigation. I have only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that
the defendant violated the state criminal laws set forth herein.
SUMMARY OF OFFENSE CONDUCT
6. On or about January 24th, video evidence was obtained showing PANTO being in
possession of multiple illegal firearms. Your affiant was approved by the courts for a Search Warrant
and, on or about February 8th, the Search Warrant was executed.
7. As a result of the Search Warrant, PANTO was found to have been in possession of 175
illegal items, including firearms, police equipment (such as tasers and taser cartridges), and munitions.
