CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 4 S.C.C § 10 - ATM FRAUD
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
The act of tampering with an ATM, or successfully stealing money from an ATM. On or about January
28, 2024, the Defendant had tampered with an ATM outside Sterling Gun Club.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I am a Detective II in the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office and a Detective in the Criminal
Investigations Division (hereinafter “CID”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct
investigations.
I have been employed with the Sheriff’s Office since August 6th, 2022.
I have investigated a multitude of cases involving illegal possession and distribution of firearms,
firearms crime, organized crime, and petty crime.
This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal information alleging that Mxrlsx violated the
following state criminal law: 4 S.C.C § 10 (ATM Fraud)
This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, information provided to me by other law enforcement
agents, law enforcement records, court-authorized searches, witness interviews, and my training and
experience, as well as the training and experience of other law enforcement agents.
Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in
support of a criminal information, I have not included each and every fact known to me concerning this
investigation. I have only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that
the suspect violated the state criminal laws set forth herein.
PROBABLE CAUSE
On January 28th, 2024, at around 12:40 PM CST, Seifmaker21753 drove up to the Sterling Gun Club
and parked in one of the available parking spots. As shown in Exhibit A, he shortly then turns his
camera and sees the defendant, Mxrlsx, begin robbing an ATM. Defendant is in possession of a crowbar,
and the “robbing” animation is clearly shown. Additionally, the ATM screen turns red and it begins
beeping. As the exhibit ends, Mxrlsx can be seen standing up and the crowbar disappears, indicating a
successful robbery.
