THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT STATE OF RIDGEWAY, Respondent -against- 11yzl, Petitioner Case No. RSC-CM-2424 PETITION FOR RELIEF FROM A FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE DECLARATION Petitioner, 11yzl, by and through undersigned counsel, respectfully petitions the Court for an order relieving the Petitioner of a fugitive from justice declaration, pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 4208. JURISDICTION AND VENUE The Court has original jurisdiction over this Petition under Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway Constitution. Pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 4205, “Any judge, who is capable of hearing felony criminal cases, may be presented with a petition for relief from a fugitive from justice declaration” Pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 4208, the Court may grant such a petition if it finds that it is reasonably necessary, provided that the requirements set forth in 1 R. Stat. § 4206 and 1 R. Stat. § 4207 have been fulfilled. PRAYER FOR RELIEF WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court: 1. Grant the petition to relive the Petitioner of the active fugitive from justice declaration; and 2.
