Supporting the Case of STATE OF RIDGEWAY V. YouHaveBeemKNOMED
I, Marinify, being duly sworn, state as follows:
INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
[1] I am a Deputy in the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office and a Detective in the Criminal Investigations Division
(hereinafter “CID”). As a law enforcement officer, I am empowered to conduct investigations.
[2] I have been employed with the Sheriff’s Office since the 28th of June, 2021.
[3] I have investigated a multitude of cases involving organized crime, homicides, firearms crime, and
distribution of illegal firearms and equipment.

[4] This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal complaint alleging that YouHaveBeemKNOMED
violated the following state criminal laws: 4 S.C.C § 05 (Trespassing) and 4 S.C.C § 07 (Vandalism).
[5] This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, information provided to me by other law enforcement
agents, law enforcement records, witness interviews, and my training and experience, as well as the training and
experience of other law enforcement agents.
[6] Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in support
of a criminal complaint, I have not included each and every fact known to me concerning this investigation. I have
only set forth the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that the defendant violated the
state criminal laws set forth herein.
PROBABLE CAUSE
[7] On February 7th, 2024, StudsPerPecond (SPS) employee Jepaloon was delivering packages in the Sterling
Heights neighborhood.
[8] As shown in Exhibit A, a grey Merlat was parked on the side of the road, in front of 3750 Majellan Way.
YouHaveBeemKNOMED ran from his car over to the house. YouHaveBeemKNOMED then took out an axe and
vandalised the front left window of the house. YouHaveBeemKNOMED then entered the house, before leaving
moments later.
[9] The house, 3750 Majellan Way, was unoccupied at the time, and was owned by vintageclack.
