MINUTE ORDER
THIS CAUSE is based on Defendant YouHaveBeemKNOMED’s motion to strike the criminal
information. The Court has reviewed the motion provided by Assistant Public Defender
TacticalRummy in his March 10th filing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Strike the Criminal Information is
GRANTED. The Court recognizes the several procedural and substantive errors identified by the
defendant in the Criminal Information as well as the failure of the State to adequately inform the
defendant of the nature and cause of the accusations against him. Accordingly, the State is given ONE
OPPORTUNITY to rectify all errors in the Criminal Information. The State must file an Amended
Criminal Information that correctly identifies the classification and sentencing of the offenses, provides
the defendant with the requisite information to understand the nature of the charges against him, and
fully complies with the demands of the Rid.R.Crim.P., Rid. Const., and U.S. Const.. The Amended
Criminal Information must be filed with the Court and served upon the defendant within
TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS of the date of this order.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 11th day of March in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-four and the
year of our republic, two hundred and forty-seven.
