CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.S.C § 09 FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about the 19th of January, 2024, in Ridgeway County, the defendant intentionally and knowingly
caused the death of Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Department, Corporal Arthur_Chen. Corporal
Arthur_Chen was discharging a lawful and official duty, that being securing a traffic stop. Corporal
Arthur_Chen was on the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Department team and was wearing a Ridgeway
County Sheriff’s Department uniform clearly displaying a Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office insignia.
COUNT TWO - 5 R.S.C § 08 UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF GOVERNMENT-ISSUED
EQUIPMENT
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On or about the 19th of January, 2024, in Ridgeway County, the defendant was in possession of a
Stetson-M2A, police-grade equipment on his person, while not actively being employed in any state law
enforcement agency, or permitted to be in possession of said firearm.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is UnKnownHoooman, I am currently a Supervisory Special Agent within the
Ridgeway State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed with the State Police
since April 24th, 2022. I am a certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training Center.
This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against Iamthebestlaith for violations
of the aforementioned statutes
On 01/19/2024, Complainant Arthur_Chen performed a traffic stop on the defendant after
observing them recklessly driving. After pulling over the defendant and conversing with them, the
defendant hopped out of the vehicle with a Stetson-M2A and murdered the Complainant when they
attempted to run the license plate of the green tremor.
On 01/24/2024, the Ridgeway State Police’s State Bureau of Investigations was made aware of
the actions of the defendant. As a result, Supervisory Special Agent UnKnownHoooman was assigned to
investigate the incident.
To investigate further, interviews were conducted with the complainant and the defendant. In the
interview with the complainant, they explained that they were headed to Sterling before they saw the
green tremor recklessly driving. As a sworn member of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office, the
complainant initiated a traffic stop on the green tremor. During the traffic stop, the defendant was
hesitant to cooperate giving multiple false names. As a result, the complainant attempted to run the
license plate of the vehicle before the defendant abruptly jumped out of their vehicle with a Stetson
M2A and gunned them down. After killing the complainant, the defendant stated that they had to kill
them because they thought they had a warrant. After realizing they had no warrant, they changed their
reason for killing the complainant to them possessing an illegal firearm. The complainant stated that
they had previous or future encounters with the defendant. A transcript of the interview with the
complainant can be found in Exhibit B.
In the interview with the defendant, they admitted to killing the complainant with an illegal
firearm because they thought the complainant was going to arrest them for the Stetson M2A. In addition,
the defendant stated that they were a “terrorist”. The defendant did not have much else to say that was
useful to the investigation. As a result of the investigation, your affiant believes the defendant should be
charged with first-degree murder and unlawful possession of government-issued equipment.
