Case No. RSC-CV-2348 CIVIL COMPLAINT Presiding Judge: koala4life Plaintiff ViperGaming6000, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows: STATEMENT OF FACTS On February 25 2024 at 8:54 AM CST, the defendant TierTwoKid arrested Plaintiff ViperGaming6000 on count 1 § 7.04 - Evading a Peace Officer. • TierTwoKid Did and knowing made a false arrest on ViperGaming6000 due to the fact that ViperGaming6000 did not even attempt to run away from Officer TierTwoGaming. • Officer TierTwoKid did not make a attempt to pull over or stop ViperGaming6000 at the time the arrest happend. • Officer TierTwoKid did not inform ViperGaming6000 that he was being arrested. • When ViperGaming6000 Did know he was being pulled over by Officer TierTwoGaming Viper Stopped and was very complaint with officers. • When ViperGaming6000 Pulled Over For Officer TierTwoGaming the officer just pulled out a tazer and did not even say anything then he pulled me out of my car and cuffed me and started to search my car then he booked me into the county jail. VENUE • Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the game, which is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County. PARTIES • ViperGaming6000 is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway • TierTwoKid is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway and a Officer for the PaImer Police Department. TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF • The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts: • 5 R. Stat. § 313 - False Arrest • 5 R.
