CIVIL COMPLAINT

Mxrlsx, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the eighteenth of February, two thousand twenty-four, at 1:18 pm Eastern Standard
Time, Deputy Officer qLostful arrived at the Palmer Mechanic Shop after hearing/and or
receiving a call about an atm robbery.
2. qLostful detained Mxrlsx stating, “Who was it this time” and placed him in his vehicle
taking him to the Palmer Police Department.
3. Mxrlsx is then booked for ATM Fraud by qLostful.
VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the Palmer, which
is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Mxrlsx is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. qLostful is a sworn officer of the Ridgeway County Sherrif’s Office and a citizen of the
United States of America.
ALLEGATIONS
False Imprisonment
(5 R. Stat. § 204)
1. All preceding Paragraphs of this Complaint are hereby incorporated by reference.
2. False Imprisonment is defined in the Civil Claims Act as, "Any individual who, without
legal authority or justification, restrains or restricts a person's movement within an area,
or restrains the person’s permission is false imprisonment and shall be liable for punitive
damages up to $3,500."
3. Defendant, qLostful, without any legal authority, restricted the movement of Plaintiff,
Mxrlsx, within an area. Plaintiff Mxrlsx was wrongfully arrested by Officer qLostful,
who lacked probable cause to believe that Mxrlsx had committed the alleged offense.
Official Misconduct
(5 R. Stat. § 401)
4. All preceding Paragraphs of this Complaint are hereby incorporated by reference.
5. Official Misconduct is defined in the Civil Claims Act as, “Any individual who is a
public servant and commits an act relating to his office but constitutes an unauthorized
exercise of his official functions, knowing that such act is unauthorized; or refrains from
performing a duty which is imposed upon him by law or is clearly inherent in the nature
of his office.”
6. Defendant Qlostful, acting as a public servant, intentionally and unlawfully arrested the
Plaintiff without proper legal justification, as there was no probable cause for the arrest.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for False Imprisonment and Official Misconduct be
as follows:
a. $6500 in ingame currency in punitive damages;
b. $500 in actual damages;
c. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper.
