ORDER
Before the Court is Petitioner Y31VALT who brings this Petition for Writ of Habeas
Corpus on February 17, 2024. Respondent waived opportunity to brief to the claims asserted in
the Petition. Petitioner requests expungement of arrest record and monetary compensation related
to fees incurred in the course of the Petition. The Court finds that it is prohibited from issuing
monetary compensation in these proceedings. 1 R. Stat. § 2212.
CONCLUSION
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED in chambers in Palmer, Ridgeway
County, this 24th day of February 2024 that, for the foregoing reasons, the Defendant’s Motion
to Dismiss without prejudice is GRANTED limited to the first prayer for relief listed in the
Petition. All other prayers for relief are DENIED.
