PARTIES
1. Mr. Jepaloon, the Plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
2. Mr. BandoForsa, the Defendant, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
JURISDICTION
1. Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution empowers this Court to hear
“all civil or criminal cases or controversies”.
CAUSES OF ACTION
COUNT ONE
(5 R. Stat. § 3109 - Wrongful Death)
On or about the date of 18th February 2024;
1. Petitioner, Jepaloon, was carrying out his his business as a Ridgeway resident in a
peaceful and civil manner as he was inside The Hub, Sterling Heights purchasing
beverages.
2. The respondent, identified as BandoForsa, dashed inside the building, equipped with a
C911 handgun, immediately opened fired on the petitioner, resulting in his death without
legal basis.
PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. Plaintiff prays the Court finds Defendant liable for the aforementioned torts.
2. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief amounting to $725 in compensatory damages and $1,000
in punitive damages.
a. 5 R. Stat. § 3109- Wrongful Death - Petitioner requests that the court grant
compensation for damages amounting to $725 in compensatory damages and
$1,000 in punitive damages.
3. Plaintiff also seeks any additional relief as deemed appropriate by the Court that is not
requested herein.
EVIDENCE
1. Exhibit A - Respondent shooting and killing the petitioner.
2. Witnesses will be presented during the discovery phase.
