PARTIES
1. Mr. Time2FIy, Petitioner, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
2. Mr. ToxicCooling, Respondent, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway and Deputy of the
Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office.
JURISDICTION
1. Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution empowers this Court to hear “all
civil or criminal cases or controversies”.
ALLEGATIONS
Count One: 5 R. Stat. § 205 - Negligence
1. On or about Februrary 18th, 2024, citizen Time2FIy went on a ride along with Deputy
ToxicCooling.
2. A waiver was not signed.
3. At about 2:45 PM EST, Deputy ToxicCooling and Time2FIy arrived at the Ridgeway
Parks Service Headquarters.
4. Ridgeway Parks Service employee Filturaes, and civilian flusherpoem39o were both at
the headquarters.
5. Deputy ToxicCooling and Time2FIy stopped at the headquarters and subsequently had
conversations with both individuals for several minutes.
6. Deputy ToxicCooling was then involved in a shootout and subsequently killed, leaving
Time2FIy behind.
7. Time2FIy was then threatened by flusherpoem39o with a weapon, and flusherpoem39o
was then killed by a passerby.
8. Time2FIy was traumatized from the event and required therapy.
DAMAGES
1. The petitioner is seeking $300 in damages and a written apology from Deputy
ToxicCooling.
