I, tobyrulles4568, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 15th of February 2024, the defendant proceeded to pull alongside the plaintiffs
vehicle whilst the plaintiff was parked in a layby across from Bloxmart.
2. The defendant proceeds to exit his vehicle, pulls out a knife and without consent from the
plaintiff, the defendant proceeds to start slashing the plaintiff's vehicle which results in
the front left window of the driver's side being smashed.
3. With the driver's side window being smashed, the defendant continues slashing and
proceeds to slash the plaintiff multiple times causing physical bodily harm.
4. The plaintiff proceeds to get out of his vehicle and make an attempt to run away to which
the defendant gets back into his vehicle and drives off.
VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in Palmer City, which
is in-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. tobyrulles4568 is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Josuaahh is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. Battery - 1 R. Stat. § 3102
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. Battery is defined in the Civil Claims Act as “Any individual who brings
unconsented harmful or offensive contact against another person is battery and
shall be liable for punitive damages up to $2,500.”
