AFFIDAVIT OF TOBYRULLES4568 IN SUPPORT OF
MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
1. I am of sound mind and capable of making this statement. I have personal knowledge of
the facts written in this statement. I understand that if I lie in this statement, I may be held
criminally responsible. This statement is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. The Civil Complaint was filed on the 15th February 2024. 4:49PM
3. The plaintiff attempted to serve the defendant through discord and was unsuccessful.
4. The plaintiff therefore notifies the presiding Judge that the attempt to serve the defendant was
unsuccessful as the defendant was not in any community discord server.
5. The presiding Judge Honorable koala4life issued the plaintiff a decal ID to put onto billboards
around the county of Ridgeway.
6. After seven (7) days from the publication of the summons, the defendant fails to appear before
the Superior Court of Ridgeway to answer the Civil Complaint facing them.
7. The Defendants jointly and severally have failed to plead or otherwise defend within the time
allowed and, therefore, are now in default.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
