AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

Supporting the Case of State of Ridgeway v. ZombieKillerAngelo
I, Azap634, hereby depose and state as follows:
I. INTRODUCTION AND OFFICER BACKGROUND
1. Your affiant is a Deputy for the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office (“RCSO”) with the position of
Detective with the assignment to the Criminal Investigations Division (“CID”) and have been so employed since October
of 2023. In addition to my employment history relevant to the case, I serve as a Misconduct Investigator with the
Ridgeway County Fire Department and as a Corporal with the Ridgeway National Guard.
2. As a result of my employment, I am an officer of the State of Ridgeway who is empowered by law to
conduct investigations and make arrests for offenses enumerated in titles one through six of the Ridgeway County
Criminal Code. In addition, as a result of my employment, I have received training on various matters pertaining to crimes
involving firearms within Ridgeway County, and I continue to receive training as investigative techniques continue to
evolve.
3. This affidavit is being submitted in support of a criminal complaint alleging that
ZOMBIEKILLERANGELO (hereinafter referred to as “ZOMBIE”) violated the following state criminal laws:
A) 3 S.C.C § 10 Second-Degree Murder ON 4 Counts;
B) 5 S.C.C § 04 Brandishing ON 1 Count; AND
C) 5 S.C.C § 05 Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm ON 1 Count.
4. This affidavit is based on my personal knowledge, information provided to me by other law enforcement
agents, law enforcement records, witness interviews, and my training and experience, as well as the training and
experience of other law enforcement agents.
5. Because this affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose of establishing probable cause in support
of a criminal complaint, I have not included every fact known to me concerning this investigation. I have only set forth
the facts that I believe are necessary to establish probable cause that the defendant violated the state criminal laws set
forth herein.

II. SUMMARY OF OFFENSE CONDUCT
6. On or about January 28th, 2024, various individuals including seifmakker21753, Jakevrai,
matrixplaysrb345, and mos40 were congregating at the Car Dealership in Palmer, Ridgeway County.
7. While minding their own business, the majority unarmed, ZOMBIE began firing at random. There is no
apparent provocation of this indiscriminate firing.
8. As a result of ZOMBIE’s indiscriminate firing, four individuals are killed, all attempting to flee from the
shooting. Your affiant believes that there is sufficient evidence to constitute probable cause that the defendant committed
four counts of 3 S.C.C § 10 Second-Degree Murder.
9. As there is no apparent provocation, your affiant believes that there is probable cause that the defendant
brandished his firearm. Your affiant also believes there is probable cause to suggest the defendant unlawfully discharged
his firearm.

IV. CONCLUSIONS AS TO PROBABLE CAUSE FOR A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
15. Based on the above facts and circumstances, it is your affiant’s belief that probable cause exists to
warrant a Criminal Complaint to be filed against ZOMBIEKILLERANGELO in violation of:
A) 3 S.C.C § 10 Second-Degree Murder ON 4 Counts;
B) 5 S.C.C § 04 Brandishing ON 1 Count; AND
C) 5 S.C.C § 05 Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm ON 1 Count.
V. CRIMINAL COMPLAINT REQUESTED
16. Based on all the foregoing, I respectfully request a Criminal Complaint be issued on
ZOMBIEKILLERANGELO for the charges described in the immediately foregoing section of this affidavit.
