Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On January 28th, 2024 at the Palmer Car Dealership, ZombieKillerAngelo intentionally and knowingly
caused the death of Jakevri by repeatedly shooting them.
COUNT TWO - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On January 28th, 2024 at the Palmer Car Dealership, ZombieKillerAngelo intentionally and knowingly
caused the death of Matrixplaysrb345 by repeatedly shooting them.
COUNT THREE - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On January 28th, 2024 at the Palmer Car Dealership, ZombieKillerAngelo intentionally and knowingly
caused the death of Mos40 by repeatedly shooting them.
COUNT FOUR - 3 R.C.C. § 10 - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On January 28th, 2024 at the Palmer Car Dealership, ZombieKillerAngelo intentionally and knowingly
caused the death of Seifmaker21753 by repeatedly shooting them.
COUNT FIVE - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On January 28th, 2024 at the Palmer Car Dealership, ZombieKillerAngelo exhibited a firearm in a
threatening manner.
COUNT SIX - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On January 28th, 2024 at the Palmer Car Dealership, ZombieKillerAngelo repeatedly discharged a
firearm within Palmer city limits without legal means to do so.
