SUPERIOR COURT OF RIDGEWAY Civil Action No. RSC-CV-2287 AFFIDAVIT PERSONALLY APPEARED before me, Stickza, who being duly swom, states as follows: 1. I am one of the attorneys for the Plaintiffs in the above-entitled matter. 2. A Summons and Complaint were duly served upon the Defendants, Ectopiex, TrumpTheBuiider, and Wildernvuss, respectively, as shown by the Affidavit of Service filed in this matter on February 12, 2024. 3. It is now February 17, 2024, and 5 days have passed since service of the summons and complaint upon Defendants. 4. The computation of costs of all damages sustained as a result of this incident are listed as follows and are computed based on real market value (Plaintiff r_oam): a. Seeds (40) : $720; b. Dirt Plots (31): $5,890; c. Water Jugs (2): $190; and d. Automobile (Tremor): $2,625. AYOJERRYYY; R_OAM, Plaintiffs, v. ECTOPIEX; TRUMPTHEBUIIDER; and WILDERNVUSS, Defendants. 5. The statutory maximum for punitive damages is requested for Plaintiff AyoJerryyy and Plaintiff R_oam, individually. The total amount of punitive damages amounts to $10,000.00. a. Defendants TrumpTheBuilder owe $2,500 to Plaintiff R_oam and Plaintiff AyoJerryyy. Wildernvuss owe $2,500 to Plaintiff R_oam. (Battery); b. Defendants Ectoplex and Wildernvuss owe $2,000 to Plaintiff R_oam. (Trover); c. Defendants TrumpTheBuilder and Wildernvuss owe $2,500 to Plaintiff R_oam. Defendant TrumpTheBuilder owes $2,500 to Plaintiff AyoJerryyy. (Wrongful Death); d. All Defendants owe Plaintiffs $3,000.00 each. (Civil Conspiracy). MOTION FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT Based on the foregoing, the Plaintiffs herein request entry of a default judgment as set forth in the Affidavit and relief requested in the Complaint.
