AFFIDAVIT
PERSONALLY APPEARED before me, Stickza, who being duly swom,
states as follows:
1. I am one of the attorneys for the Plaintiffs in the above-entitled matter.
2. A Summons and Complaint were duly served upon the Defendants, Ectopiex,
TrumpTheBuiider, and Wildernvuss, respectively, as shown by the Affidavit
of Service filed in this matter on February 12, 2024.
3. It is now February 17, 2024, and 5 days have passed since service of the
summons and complaint upon Defendants.
MOTION FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT
Based on the foregoing, the Plaintiffs herein request entry of a default
judgment as set forth in the Affidavit and relief requested in the Complaint.
