No. RSC-CV-2286 VERIFIED PETITION TO PERPETUATE TESTIMONY TrumpTheBuilder, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby, pursuant to Ridgeway Rule of Civil Procedure 20(a), respectfully requests to perpetuate the testimony of TrumpTheBuilder, TierTwoKid, Subodh3111, and submits that– THE INCIDENT 1. On or about February 9, 2024, Petitioner TrumpTheBuilder was outside the Palmer Police Department (PPD) when he was arrested by Defendant TierTwoKid, a PPD Officer, for allegedly hitting someone with a bat. 2. After TierTwoKid was killed by a third-party actor, TrumpTheBuilder was arrested by Respondent Subodh3111, a Deputy of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO). INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXPECTED ACTION 3. TrumpTheBuilder intends to commence a civil action against TierTwoKid for official misconduct as TrumpTheBuilder was more likely than not falsely arrested. FACTS TO PERPETUATE TrumpTheBuilder intends to perpetuate the following facts– 4. That TierTwoKid did not have probable cause to arrest TrumpTheBuilder; 5. That TierTwoKid led Subodh3111 (Sub) to arrest TrumpTheBuilder under the false pretense of probable cause; 6. Any and all other facts that may come as a result of the testimony of TrumpTheBuilder, TierTwoKid, or Subodh3111. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 7. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Ridgeway Rule of Civil Procedure 20(a). 8.
