REASONING
The defense motions to dismiss without prejudice per the agreement indicated below.
On February 26th, 2024 at approximately 11:20 PM EST, the defendant wire transferred Judge
TaxesArentAwesome $1000. The agreement was that Judge TaxesArentAwesome would throw out the case and
in return he would receive $1000. The defendant upheld his part of the deal, now it’s Judge
TaxesArentAwesome turn.
