Count Two - 5 S.C.C § 08 UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF GOVERNMENT-ISSUED EQUIPMENT Offense Type - Felony Max Sentence - 20 Minutes On January 18th, 2024, at around 11:51 PM EST, the above Defendants possessed several Stetson M2-As without a lawful permit or authorization to do so.
