knowing that false statements on this form are punishable by law, state that the facts contained herein
are true. Your affiant has probable cause to believe that on 01/29/2024, at Palmer Police Department in
Ridgeway County, State of Ridgeway, defendant Mayollid committed one or more criminal offense(s):
ONE COUNT OF:
3 R.S.C § 08 Attempted Murder
The act of attempting to kill another individual.
Your affiant, being duly sworn, depose and state that the facts supporting this belief are as follows:
1. My name is xXBoomblast339Xx, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigations as a
Senior Special Agent. I’ve been employed in the state Bureau of Investigations for over a year and a
half now. I’ve been with the Ridgeway State Police for a bit longer than that. I’ve been in the
investigative field for a considerable amount of time. I formerly served as an Internal Affairs
Investigator within RSP and I oversee RPS IA. I’m a LETC Class 7 graduate and I’m certified to be a
Peace Officer in this state, I am also a Bar Certified Attorney. I have probable cause to believe in the
following:
2. This statement is made in support of a criminal complaint against Mayollid for violations of the
aforementioned statutes
3. On 01/29/2024, at approximately UNKNOWN hours, a civilian Jepaloon was defending themself and
the public from a dangerous armed tourist when the defendant Mayollid began to open fire on
them in retaliation and defence of the criminal tourist before being killed in the ensuing firefight.
4. Beginning with Exhibit A we see an armed tourist rapcreeper22 pulling out a salvo and executing
civilian GeorgFernandez for no apparent reason. We see from the video at 0:02 during the
execution, the defendant reaches for their firearm briefly but then leaves it in the holster and picks
up one or more dropped items from the executed civilian. This is when we see the complainant
approach the tourist while the tourist is reloading their firearm. The complainant proceeds to shoot
and kill the armed and dangerous tourist with their barrage shotgun and subsequently holsters it.
The defendant proceeds to pull out their salvo and open fire at the complainant. After a

back-and-forth firefight, the defendant hits the complainant with one successful shot before being
killed by the complainant.
5. An interview was conducted with the complainant and is recorded in Exhibit B. In the interview, the
complainant reveals that they witnessed this tourist kill the civilian GeorgFernandez for no justified
reason and acted in defense of himself and those around him, feeling threatened by the tourist.
They then go on to state that they holstered their gun appropriately after killing the tourist but are
then shot at by the defendant where the complainant defends themself again, killing the
defendant. The complainant states they had no previous or future interactions with these
individuals. The complainant then goes on to state that after the video ends, they were detained for
investigation by police into the incident however the police and complainant are killed by an
irrelevant party during the process. The complainant shows that they made an effort to reach out
to the officer to ensure the situation was properly rectified. A screenshot of them reaching out to
the officer with evidence of the event is shown in Exhibit C.
6. The defendant was interviewed and this is seen in Exhibit D. The defendant explains the situation
initially as “Me and my friend gunned a man the fuck down” “Really is as simple as that”. He states
that the civilian said something to him and so he decided to gun him down with his friend, that
being the armed tourist. After this, the defendant then goes on to make delusional statements such
as saying that they were forced/tortured into making their previous statements by “the worm”. The
defendant claimed the tourist was acting in self-defence and that the defendant feared for his life
when the complainant shot the tourist. The defendant claims the tourist was justified in the killing
of GeorFernandez based on statements allegedly made by him in VC, however, this is not a
justification for the actions seen in the video. The defendant was given multiple opportunities to
provide any evidence or logical statements in support of their claims however refused to do so.
7. In conclusion, based on the evidence and statements made by those involved it is very clear that
the actions of the defendant were unlawful, and they intentionally attempted to murder the
complainant in response to the complainant defending themself and the public from the
defendant's friend, an armed tourist who point blank executed a civilian who posed no threat to
anyone.
