Defendant colinthegreatest, by and through his undersigned counsel, hereby submits his
answers, counterclaims, and defenses to the Complaint as follows:

7. Deny and affirmatively state that in order to impede traffic in Ridgeway, one must
operate a motor vehicle. Defendant was not, at any time material to the Complaint, operating
a motor vehicle. See 7 S.C.C. § 15.
8. Deny and affirmatively state that in order to impersonate any person in Ridgeway,
one must make a claim to that authority or position. See 2 S.C.C. § 11. Defendant, at no time
material to the Complaint, made a claim to be a sworn officer of any Ridgeway law
enforcement agency. Furthermore, Defendant did not attempt to assert the authority of a sworn
officer of any Ridgeway law enforcement agency.

COUNT I

was always able to leave, go somewhere else, or move as he’d like.

Defendant posits that Plaintiff is entitled to no relief.
