CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Comes forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and
therein charge the defendant as follows;
COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C. § 05C - AGGRAVATED BATTERY CLASS II
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On January 14th, 2024, the defendant, DevMix, was seen in front of the Sheriff’s Office Garage area
where Arthur_Chen, a visibly marked peace officer, told him along with another person to get out of the
property. At that point, DexMix pulled out a Stetson M2-A, a law enforcement grade rifle, and caused
serious bodily injury towards Arthur_Chen, who is a clearly marked peace officer.
COUNT TWO - 3 R.C.C. § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
On January 14th, 2024, the defendant, DevMix, was seen in front of the Sheriff’s Office Garage area
where Arthur_Chen, a visibly marked peace officer, told him along with another person to get out of the
property. At that point, DevMix pulled out a Stetson M2-A, a law enforcement grade rifle, and murdered
Arthur_Chen, a clearly marked peace officer.
COUNT THREE - 4 R.C.C. § 05 - TRESPASSING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On January 14th, 2024, the defendant, DevMix, was seen in front of the Sheriff’s Office Garage area
where Arthur_Chen, an authorized employee of the area, gave a clear-cut notice to not enter the area, to
which the defendant can still be seen in the same area.
COUNT FOUR - 5 R.C.C. § 01 - UNLAWFUL POS. OF A DEADLY WEAPON
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On January 14th, 2024, the defendant DevMix was seen in the Sheriff’s Office Garage area where
Arthur_Chen, a clearly marked peace officer, gave the notice of non-entry to the defendant along with
another person. At that point, the defendant pulled out a Stetson M2-A, a law enforcement grade weapon
and killed Arthur_Chen.
COUNT FIVE - 5 R.C.C. § 03 - UNLAWFUL DISPLAY OF A DEADLY WEAPON
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On January 14th, 2024, the defendant DevMix was seen in the Sheriff’s Office Garage area, the Sheriff’s
Office being a government building, where Arthur_Chen, a clearly marked peace officer, gave the notice
of non-entry to the defendant along with another person. At that point, the defendant pulled out a firearm
and used it to murder Arthur_Chen, pulling the firearm out at a government building.
COUNT SIX - 5 R.C.C. § 04 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On January 14th, 2024, the defendant DevMix was seen at the Sheriff’s Office Garage area where
Arthur_Chen, a clearly marked peace officer, issued a notice of non-entry, to which the defendant,
without a legal justification, exhibited a loaded firearm to engage in a fight/quarrel, killing Arthur_Chen.
COUNT SEVEN - 5 R.C.C. § 05 - UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
On January 14th, 2024, the defendant DevMix was seen at the Sheriff’s Office Garage area where
Arthur_Chen, a clearly marked peace officer, issued a notice of non-entry, to which the defendant
discharged a firearm within city limits without any legal rationale behind it.
