hereby submit their answer to Plaintiff’s Request for Admissions.

1. It is admitted that Exhibit A of Plaintiff’s Initial Disclosures/Discovery is
genuine and authentic evidence but denied that it depicts any wrongdoing
and/or fault or liability upon Defendants;
2. Defendants are without enough information to draw a sufficient conclusion
that the video was recorded on the date provided. If the video displays a
timestamp of the mentioned date and time, Defendants admit;
3. Admitted (as previously admitted and consented in Defendants’ Answer);
