No. RSC-CV-2264 COMPLAINT falcon_2s, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action against Orbxs, ggutslasher, and Haunntings and alleges that– INTRODUCTION 1. On or about February 3, 2024 at 5:16 PM Mountain Time, Plaintiff falcon_2s was driving down Palmer Boulvevard in Downtown Palmer when he stopped at a red light in front of the Palmer Police Department and was killed by Defendant ggutslasher. 2. Then, Defendants Orbsx, ggutslasher, and Haunntings jointly and severally fired long arms at Plaintiff’s Actilla sports car, and destroyed it. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 3. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 4. Venue is proper in this Court because the events described in this Complaint took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 5. Plaintiff falcon_2s is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. 6. Defendant Orbxs is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. 7. Defendant ggutslasher is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. 8. Defendant Haunntings is a resident of the State of Ridgeway. FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION (Wrongful Death) (As to Defendant ggutslasher) 9. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 10. Defendant ggutslasher shot at and killed Plaintiff falcon_2s without legal cause or justification, and wrongfully caused Plaintiff’s death. - 1 - This is a document filed in a mock court in the State of Ridgeway on Roblox.com, and does not constitute real-life legal advice in any way, shape, or form. SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION (Trespass to Chattels) (As to All Defendants) 11. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 12. Defendants Orbsx, ggutslasher, and Haunntings jointly and severally destroyed Plaintiff’s Actilla sports car and interfered with Plaintiff’s ownership, possession, and usage of said sports car by destroying it, depriving Plaintiff of its use. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Declare that ggutslasher wrongfully killed falcon_2s; b. Declare that Orbsx, ggutslasher, and Haunntings jointly and severally destroyed falcon_2s’ vehicle; c. Award Plaintiff actual damages; d. Award Plaintiff punitive damages; e. Award such other, further, or different relief as may be just and proper. Respectfully submitted.
