SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY MATRIX_OC, Plaintiff, v. TALORIED; BRAIN_FILLED, Defendants. No. RSC-CV-2257 FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT Matrix_oc, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action against Taloried and brain_filled, and alleges as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On or about February 4, 2024, Plaintiff Matrix_oc (Matrix) was at RidgeAds purchasing advertisements across Ridgeway County for his campaign to become Governor of this State. 2. As Matrix was purchasing ads, Defendants Taloried and brain_filled jointly and severally came into the RidgeAds store and Taloried stated to Matrix while he was focused on the computer purchasing advertisements that he was “going to die”. 3. Taloried then used an axe to kill Matrix without legal cause or justification, while brain_filled was standing nearby with a Cline 911 drawn and ready to fire in case Matrix tried to resist. 4. After Taloried killed Matrix, Defendants both ran out of the store as brain_filled urged Taloried to go. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 5. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 6. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 7. Plaintiff Matrix_oc is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and President pro tempore of the State Senate. 8. Defendant Taloried is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, who was a tourist in the State of Ridgeway at the time of the incident. 9. CAUSE OF ACTION (Wrongful Death) (As to Both Defendants) 10. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 11. Defendants Taloried and brain_filled jointly and severally killed Matrix_oc without legal cause or justification. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Declare that Defendants jointly and severally wrongfully killed Plaintiff; b. Award Plaintiff actual damages; c. Award Plaintiff punitive damages; d.
