No. RSC-CV-2257 COMPLAINT Matrix_oc, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action against Taloried and brain_filled, and alleges as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On or about February 4, 2024, Plaintiff Matrix_oc (Matrix) was at RidgeAds purchasing advertisements across Ridgeway County for his campaign to become Governor of this State. 2. As Matrix was purchasing ads, Defendants Taloried and brain_filled jointly and severally came into the RidgeAds store, killed Matrix, and fled the scene. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 3. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article V, Section IV of the Constitution of the State of Ridgeway. 4. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 5. Plaintiff Matrix_oc is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and President pro tempore of the State Senate. 6. Defendant Taloried is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, who was a tourist in the State of Ridgeway at the time of the incident. 7. Defendant brain_filled is a resident of the State of Ridgeway CAUSE OF ACTION (Wrongful Death) (As to Both Defendants) 8. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 9.
