PARTIES
1. Mr. Jepaloon, the Plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
2. Mr. SaintedMike, the Defendant, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway.
JURISDICTION
1. Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution empowers this Court to hear
“all civil or criminal cases or controversies”.
CAUSES OF ACTION
(1 R. Stat. § 3109 - Wrongful Death)
On or about the date of 31 January 2024;
1. Plaintiff was peacefully and civilly conducting his business as a citizen of the State of
Ridgeway.
2. The Plaintiff, Jepaloon, can be seen approaching the Sterling High School before a gray
madrigal occupied by the defendant, SaintedMike, and another individual named
ggutslasher strikes the front of the plaintiff’s vehicle.
3. The driver of the vehicle, Mr. ggutslasher exits his vehicle with a Solami automatic
firearm discharging it at the plainitff once before stopping.
4. The defendant, SaintedMike then proceeds to exit the passenger side of the madrigal
equipped with a wesler shotgun, discharging it at the plaintiff.
5. The plaintiff, Jepaloon is instantly killed by the defendant without any legal cause or
justification as a result of the gunfire.
PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. Plaintiff prays the Court finds Defendant liable for the aforementioned torts.
2. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief amounting to $543 in compensatory damages and $1,000
in punitive damages.
a. $1,418 for 1 R. Stat. § 3109 - Wrongful Death
b. $125 for the Plaintiff’s legal fees.
3. Plaintiff also seeks any additional relief as deemed appropriate by the Court that is not
requested herein.
EVIDENCE
1. Exhibit A - Defendant shooting and killing the plaintiff.
2. Witnesses will be presented during the discovery phase.
