MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
Plaintiff, Jepaloon, by and through the undersigned counsel, pursuant to Ridgeway Rules of Civil
Procedure 37, files this motion for default judgement in favor of the plaintiff for the failure to
plead to any of the alleged civil wrongs alleged in the complaint.
AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT
I, Jepaloon, being duly sworn, hereby depose and state the following:
1. I am the plaintiff and undersigned counsel in the aforementioned in the above-entitled
action.
2. This affidavit is submitted in support for the motion for default judgement filed besides
this affidavit pursuant to Rule 37(b) of the Ridgeway Rules of Civil Procedure.
3. The defendant, crimzoh, was given a deadline of five (5) days to answer the alleged
wrongdoings listed in the civil complaint on February 7th, 2024 by the court.
4. As of the current date, and authoring date of this affidavit a total of five (5) days have
passed and the defendant has filed no document or anything similar as required by the
court that answers the allegations listed.
5. Pursuant to Rule 37(b) of the Ridgeway Rules of Civil Procedure, I, Jepaloon, as the
plaintiff and undersigned counsel of record request an entry of default judgement be
entered against the defendant for the sum of $2,038 dollars.
6. The computation of the amount requested includes $1,500 in punitive damages and $538
in compensatory damages.
7. I declare under the penalty and pains of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
