STATE OF RIDGEWAY
SUPERIOR COURT
JEPALOON
Plaintiff,
v.
CRIMZOH
Defendant.
MOTION FOR CONTEMPT OF
COURT
Docket No. RSC-CV-2214
PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
Plaintiff, by and through It’s undersigned counsel, Jepaloon, files this Motion for Contempt of
Court against defendant, crimzoh, and in support of thereof would show the following:
I.
Defendant crimzoh is a resident of Ridgeway County, State of Ridgeway, and is subject to the
state’s criminal code and the sentences that it carries.
II.
On the 6th day of February, 2024 the Court in the above-entitled and numbered action duly
requested that the defendant, crimzoh, refrain from having any further “outburst in the court
channels” after he was observed acting in contemptuous and inappropriate behavior. The
defendant has access to the communication channel for the aforementioned action. Consequently,
the defendant is fully aware of the terms of the command by the Court.
III.
Defendant crimzoh is bound to obey the commands of the Court contained in the request by the
presiding judge in this matter. Defendant has failed to obey and refuses obey the commands of
the Court in the following particulars:
1. Defendant, crimzoh has failed to correct his behavior before the court, continuing with
his previously displayed contemptuous and inappropriate behavior and outburst,
including insulting both the Plaintiff, Jepaloon, the presiding judge as well as the dignity
of the Court itself.
IV.
Title 1 § 1.02 of the Ridgeway Criminal Code sets forth the procedure for punishment for
contempt of court. This code provides that a judge may issue an arrest warrant for contempt of
court for the act of being “disobedient and/or disrespectful” towards a court of law “in the form
of behavior that opposes or defies the authority, justice and or dignity of the court.” The judge
shall proceed to consider the behavior of a party and may commit such person to the county jail
for no more than five (5) minutes.
V.
Because defendant, crimzoh continues to fail and refuse to obey the commands of the Court
contained in it’s previous warning towards the defendant, the plaintiff has no alternative but to
institute this Motion for Contempt seeking to have the defendant held in criminal contempt of
court and punished in accordance with Title 1 § 1.02 of the Ridgeway Criminal Code.
ACCORDINGLY, the Plaintiff request the following:
1. That upon thorough review of this motion, and the behavior displayed, defendant,
crimzoh, be held in criminal contempt of court for his disrespectful and disobedient
behavior towards the court and its officers.
