SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS ACTION, Jepaloon v. Crimzoh, Case No. RSC-CV-2214, was brought in the Superior Court for the
State of Ridgeway by Jepaloon, hereinafter called the “Plaintiff” against Crimzoh, hereinafter called the
“Defendant”. The Plaintiff brought this action to receive punitive and compensatory relief as a result of an
Wrongful Death, Battery and Trover that had occurred against him.
THIS AGREEMENT has been made and entered in the Superior Court for the State of Ridgeway, County
of Ridgeway on February 1st, 2024.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle and adjust all matters relating to this action, all payments that each
might be entitled to, and
WHEREAS, each party(s) is fully advised and informed of the extent of the injuries and the value of
property loss.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, all
parties hereby acknowledge and agree to as follows;
(a) The Plaintiff agrees to the sum of Five Hundred and Thirty Eight dollars ($538.00) in full satisfaction
of all claims filed against the defendant in the case RSC-CV-2214 in the Superior Court for the State of
Ridgeway.

(b) The Defendant agrees to pay the sum of Five Hundred and Thirty Eight dollars ($538.00) when the
settlement agreement is finalized and signed. The payment is to occur through a civil fine issued by the
court by set date: 8th of February, 2024.
(c) The Plaintiff agrees to dismiss the case with prejudice if the conditions from the defendant are
fulfilled.
