THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT FALCON_2S, -against- ANTILOOTBAG, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-2210 Presiding Judge: ArthurChen SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT The Plaintiff, Falcon_2s and Defendant, AntiLootBag agree to the terms outlined below: WHEREAS, a dispute has arisen between the parties regarding the actions made by Defendant; and the Plaintiff has complained of damages regarding the incident; and WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to resolve the dispute; and NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions contained herein, the parties agree as follows: a. The Defendant agrees to pay the Plaintiff $ 5,000.00 dollars in-game within seven (days) of signing this agreement. b. The Plaintiff agrees to discontinue the current civil proceeding, RSC-CV-2210, with prejudice against the Defendant if the conditions from the Defendant are fulfilled within the allotted time. c. The Defendant agrees to not pursue any counterclaims or other related findings relating to the present case. d. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement. e. If any party is found to have violated any clause, sentence, or agreement within this settlement they agree they are liable for civil damages in civil court for violation of this contract. f. In the event that any party violates a provision of this agreement, the other party shall have the right to continue to pursue legal damages for the events as alleged by the pleadings in the original case stated herein.
