ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS CAUSE is based on the parties' joint settlement agreement. The Court has reviewed the
settlement agreement and the record in this case, and finds that the settlement agreement is fair, reasonable, and
in the best interests of the parties. The Court further finds that the settlement agreement complies with the laws
of State, and that the parties have entered into the settlement agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge of
its terms and consequences.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The settlement agreement is approved and incorporated as if fully set forth herein.
2. The parties shall perform their respective obligations under the settlement agreement in
accordance with its terms and conditions.
3. The above-captioned case style and docket is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, subject to the
Court's continuing jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement.
4. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees.
5. The Court retains jurisdiction over this matter for the purpose of enforcing the settlement
agreement and resolving any disputes arising therefrom.
DONE and ORDERED this twenty-ninth day of February in the year of our Lord, two thousand and
