CIVIL COMPLAINT

Falcon_2s, proceeding with counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the 28th of January, 2024, Plaintiff Falcon_2s was supporting a candidate in the
Palmer Senate Election by holding a sign to show his support and playing music in front
of the Palmer County House.
2. The Defendant, AntiLootBag, approaches Falcon_2s and says to others around him to
“Beat that guy up with the music”.
3. Falcon2_s would not respond to the Defendant’s remark and would continue with his
activities.
4. The Defendant would then equip a Stetson M1 rifle and shoot Falcon2_s, killing him and
fleeing the scene.
VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the City of Palmer,
which is subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Falcon_2s is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. AntiLootBag is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 1 R. Stat. § 3102 - Battery
b. 1 R. Stat. § 3103 - Assault
c. 1 R. Stat. § 3109 - Wrongful Death
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. $2,500 in in-game currency in punitive damages.
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows:
a. $1,500 in in-game currency in punitive damages
4. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows:
a. $2,500 in in-game currency in punitive damages
