CIVIL COMPLAINT

Mxrlsx, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their
allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. On the twenty-seventh of January, two thousand twenty-four, at 17:40 Eastern Standard
Time, Patrol Officer KeenPack arrived at the Palmer Dealership after hearing gunshots
and detaining Mxrlsx for unlawful discharge.
2. KeenPack places Mxrlsx in his vehicle and takes him to RSCO HQ. While on the way to
RSCO HQ at 17:41 Eastern Standard Time Mxrlsx requests a supervisor.
3. The supervisor AxonCoretti arrives at RSCO HQ at 17:43 Eastern Standard Time
resuming the detainment timer.
4. At 17:56 Eastern Standard Time Mxrlsx asks KeenPack to release him because 10-15
minutes have passed. AxonCorretti and KeenPack refuse to release and drop Mxrlsx
charges.
5. AxonCoretti then says, "Keen stop wasting our time ... Just book him .. You'll win the
case"
6. Mxrlsx is then booked at 17:58 Eastern Standard Time by KeenPack for Unlawful
Discharge of a Firearm.
VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the Palmer, which
is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Mxrlsx is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. KeenPack is a sworn officer of the Palmer Police Department and a citizen of the United
States of America.
ALLEGATIONS
False Imprisonment
(5 R. Stat. § 204)
1. All preceding Paragraphs of this Complaint are hereby incorporated by reference.
2. False Imprisonment is defined in the Civil Claims Act as, "Any individual who, without
legal authority or justification, restrains or restricts a person's movement within an area,
or restrains the person’s permission is false imprisonment and shall be liable for punitive
damages up to $3,500."
3. Defendant, KeenPack, without any legal authority, restricted the movement of Plaintiff,
Mxrlsx, within an area. KeenPack was required to release the Plaintiff and drop all
charges after exceeding the detainment time limit.
Official Misconduct
(5 R. Stat. § 401)
4. All preceding Paragraphs of this Complaint are hereby incorporated by reference.
5. Official Misconduct is defined in the Civil Claims Act as, “Any individual who is a
public servant and commits an act relating to his office but constitutes an unauthorized
exercise of his official functions, knowing that such act is unauthorized; or refrains from
performing a duty which is imposed upon him by law or is clearly inherent in the nature
of his office.”
6. Defendant, KeenPack, is a Public Servant who knowingly arrested the Plaintiff falsely
while not permitted to do so by the law.
False Arrest

7. All preceding Paragraphs of this Complaint are hereby incorporated by reference.
8. Defendant, KeenPack, unlawfully arrested the Plaintiff. KeenPack was required to release
the Plaintiff and drop all charges after exceeding the detainment time limit.
Relief
1. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for False Imprisonment be as follows:
a. $3500 in ingame currency in punitive damages
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Official Misconduct be as follows:
a. $3000 in ingame currency in punitive damages
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for False Arrest be as follows:
a. $1500 in ingame currency in punitive damages
b. $500 in ingame currency in compensatory damages
