STATE OF RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT Hitherwguys Plaintiff, v. TNT_EXPLODES Defendant. CIVIL COMPLAINT Docket No. RSC-CV-2190 PARTIES 1. Mr. Hitherwguys, the Plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. 2. Mr. TNT_EXPLODES, the Defendant, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. JURISDICTION 1. Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution empowers this Court to hear “all civil or criminal cases or controversies”. ALLEGATIONS On or about the date of 24 January 2024; 1. Plaintiff was peacefully and civilly conducting his business as a citizen of the State of Ridgeway and as an employee for the StudsPerSecond (SPS) company. 2. The Plaintiff was seen driving on his delivery route per his employment. 3. Defendant, Mr. TNT_EXPLODES, can be seen ramming the plaintiff’s van causing him to lose control of the vehicle. 4. The defendant can then be seen exiting his vehicle and equipped a Salvo revolver and discharging approxmitely three rounds before having to reload. These shots damaged only the vehicle. 5. Plaintiff, Mr. Hitherwguys, in the attempt to protect his life began maneuvering the van in a manner that would block the defendant from getting a clear shot on him. 6. The defendant, upon reloading his firearm continues to open fire on the plaintiff with one of the rounds striking the plaintiff causing unconsented offensive harm to his person. 7. The plaintiff after successful meneuvers proceeds to flee the defendant with no further harm. TORTS IN QUESTION 1. 1 R. Stat. § 209 - Battery PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. Plaintiff prays the Court finds Defendant liable for the aforementioned torts. 2. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief amounting to $500 in punitive damages and $125 in compensatory damages. a. $500 for 1 R. Stat. § 3102 - Battery b. $125 for the Plaintiff’s legal fees, which includes the court’s filing fee. 3. Plaintiff also seeks any additional relief as deemed appropriate by the Court that is not requested herein. EVIDENCE 1. Exhibit A - Defendant shooting and causing unconsented harm to the Plaintiff during the situation in question. 2. Witnesses will be presented during the discovery phase.
