WITH THE PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
The Defendant submits the following witnesses and certifies to the best of personal
knowledge that no witnesses were withheld:
1) Defendant CODKING2318 is the alleged actor of the alleged misconduct.
2) TRUNICOAF was present at the scene of the alleged misconduct and occupied a
passenger seat of the vehicle Defendant was operating.
3) Plaintiff ARTHUR_CHEN is alleging the misconduct and was personally present at
the scene.
The Defendant submits the following exhibits and certified to the best of personal
knowledge that no evidence in the Defendant’s possession was withheld:
1) Video of the alleged incident turned over in direct messages by Plaintiff.
