AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT
I, Hitherwguys, being duly sworn, hereby depose and state the following:
1. I am the plaintiff in the aforementioned action before this court, and I possess personal
knowledge of the facts and circumstances surrounding this affidavit.
2. This affidavit is submitted in support for the motion for default judgement filed besides
this affidavit pursuant to Rule 37(b) of the Ridgeway Rules of Civil Procedure.
3. The defendant, CyberdCyane, was served with the summons and a copy of the complaint
in this action on January 28th, 2024 at or around 3:30 PM Central Standard Time.
4. The court after having recieved the receipt of service for the civil summons allotted the
deadline of February 3rd, 2024 (5 days) at 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time to make an
appropriate appearance and file an adequate pleading to the allegations in this action.
5. As of the date of authoring of this affidavit, a total of seven (7) days have passed since
the service procedure and the defendant has made no appearance in court’s
communication service, let alone file an adequate response to the complaint.
6. Pursuant to Rule 37(b) of the Ridgeway Rules of Civil Procedure, I, Hitherwguys, as the
plaintiff and counsel of record request the entry of default judgment against the defendant
for a sum of $1,125.
7. The computation of the amount requested includes $1,000 in punitive damages and $125
in compensatory damages.
8. I declare under the penalty and pains of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
