MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
Plaintiff, Hitherwguys, by and through the undersigned counsel, pursuant to Rid. R. Civ. P. 37,
files this motion for default judgement in favor of the plaintiff for the failure to plead to any of
the alleged acts of wrongful death in the civil complaint. Additionally the plaintiff prays that the
court grant this motion and award all requested relief provided in the civil complaint, as well as
any other form of relief deemed worthy by the court.
STATEMENT OF FACTS
On January 24th, 2024 this action was brought by the plaintiff to the Superior Court for the State
of Ridgeway against the defendant, CyberedCyane, for acts of wrongful death that had occured
against him.
On January 28th, 2024 at or around 3:30 PM Central Standard Time a civil summons was
delivered to the defendant. Since then there has been no official contact between the plaintiff and
defendant regarding this action. The court alotted the deadline of February 3rd, 2024, which is
five days since the service was completed and when the court had recieved a receipt of service.
As of the date of authoring of this motion the defendant, CyberdCyane, has made no effort to
contact the court or make any form of pleadings regarding the complaint, let alone join the
court’s communications server.
